SERVANTIS FIREARMS TRAINING CENTEROur mission is to provide our clients with useful, practical training opportunities through the use of innovative training techniques that may serve them in a time of crisis. Instructors are certified by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and National Rifle Association (NRA). Our professional staff has more than 100 years of combined experience in Law Enforcement, Government Service, Body Guard, Investigative Services and Firearms instruction.
Private classes may be scheduled and can be tailored to suit the needs of an individual or private group.
Class Descriptions:
Basic Handgun Orientation
This introductory course teaches the very basics of handgun safety. One day class that teaches you the skills needed to handle, load, unload and fire common types of pistols and revolvers in a safe and effective manner. Topics include basic handgun safety, cleaning, maintenance, inspection, safe storage to prevent unauthorized access.
Practical Handgun Skills Class
This intensive one day class is for those wishing to move beyond basic handgun knowledge and learn the skills and mechanics to safely draw from a concealed holster, fire and recover safely.
Concealed Weapons Permit Training Class
This course is approved by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) covering the legal requirements to acquire a Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP).
Concealed Weapons Intermediate Class
This two day class is designed to expand your skills for self defense and give you a solid sense of techniques, information about concealed carry fundamentals and personal defense in general. Topics include concealed carry conduct, personal rules of engagement, basic weapons retention, tactics and basic close quarters options. South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit required.
NRA Marksmanship Qualification
The NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program will assist you in developing your marksmanship skills and safety habits. These specially designed skill building courses of fire are ideal for shooters of all skill levels.
